Power

This class offers a dynamic vinyasa flow, balancing effort with ease for an invigorating and well-rounded practice.

This class is taught with music in our studio which is heated using infrared heating to 95 degrees.

Power Strong

This class builds upon Power class and adds increased cardio and strength training techniques throughout.

This class is taught with music in our studio which is heated using infrared heating to 95 degrees.

Power Restore

This class builds upon our Power class, placing a greater emphasis on ease and relaxation.

This class is taught with music in our studio which is heated using infrared heating to 95 degrees.

Restore

This class is different than all the rest. The emphasis is on holding restorative poses and staying on the floor throughout the class.

This class is taught with music in our studio which is heated using infrared heating to 85 – 90 degrees.

Community Class

This class offers a dynamic vinyasa flow, balancing effort with ease for an invigorating and well-rounded practice. This is led by our new(er) teachers who are passionate about teaching and honing their skills.
