Experience the transformation of rigorous yoga training combined with self-discovery and vision coaching.

Connecticut Power Yoga’s 200-hour Yoga Alliance-Approved Teacher and Leadership Training is designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, helping you connect deeply with yourself both on and off the mat. Led by Aimee Elsner (500-hour RYT, Tier 3 1200hr Certified Baptiste Yoga Influencer), Julia Johnson (200-hour RYT), and other guest facilitators, this intimate program offers mentoring, weekly practice teaching, meditation, and journaling to help you understand your life’s path and have you ready to be a yoga teacher and leader.

Our program combines Baptiste Power Yoga with elements of other traditions, meditation, mindfulness, and coaching our curriculum molds you into an authentic, impactful yoga teacher. By the end of the program, you’ll confidently lead classes, shape your future goals, and initiate a community service project.

Expect a transformative journey filled with movement, challenge, and growth. Commitment to both mental and physical dedication is essential as you explore Power Yoga themes, teaching methods, meditation, anatomy, alignment, and goal-setting. Each training weekend promises sweat, laughter, and tears—all part of the journey towards personal and professional fulfillment.

What is expected?

  • Full participation in all training weekends and weekdays
  • Full participation in the 40 Days Program (1 evening per week for 6 weeks)
  • Completion of all homework; reading, writing, etc.
  • Daily Meditation
  • Participation in three in-studio/zoom classes per week
  • Practicum completion
  • Practice teaching and assisting
  • Creation and contribution through the Yoga In Action project

Pricing

Standard Fee: $3600.00

Early Bird Fee: $3300.00 (if paid in full before August 15)
