Is this OK for beginners?

YES!

Our classes are designed for all levels of yogi, from beginner to experienced. Our typical class is a heated Power Yoga class — you will get sweaty! Wear clothing that allows you to move freely and wicks sweat. You can leave your socks, and shoes outside of the yoga room. Please turn your phones to silent and leave them in cubbies along with your personal belongings.

You can bring your own yoga mat, or rent a mat and towel from us for $5. We have a water cooler if you bring your own bottle, or you can purchase one of ours for your convenience.

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to check in, get set up and meet your teacher. We have full restrooms and a shower for after class if you need it ( there is only one shower so be patient!).

The most important thing to know is that YOU ARE READY NOW!  Please be kind and gentle with yourself as you begin this journey. The more you practice, the more you will grow in your understanding and appreciation for yoga. We are here to support you 100%!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a towel and water. Having your own mat is recommended but not necessary. We rent mats and mat towels for $5 per visit.

Is this hot yoga?

YES!!! 95 awesome degrees. The heat is effective at creating transformation: your body is challenged and able to move in new ways. You’ll walk out of the room feeling awakened and invigorated. And ready for a shower.

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

We encourage you to pre-register for classes. Pre-registering not only reserves a spot in the class, but also helps our teachers and staff prepare the studio for your visit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. At 5 minutes prior to the start of class, reservations that are not checked in may be released to students on the wait list. If you are running late, please let us know so we can hold your reservation. Keep your integrity and show up, ready to go!

What if I am late for class? Can I leave early?

To support our teachers in starting and ending class on time, to be respectful of others, and to create the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that you be ready to practice with your mat set up by the time class begins. If you arrive late, you will be let in up to 5 minutes after the class start time.

We understand that life happens and you may have to leave early but again please be respectful of other students and plan to stay the entire class. Our classes are typically 1 hour long so come prepared to stay  and when class is complete feel free to bolt and get to where you have to go.

Are there showers?

No, we do not have showers.

Is there an App for my phone?

Where should I park?

We are located conveniently in the downtown Stamford area with access from  north-south-east-west. Although we don’t have our own parking lot, there is a ton of street parking around the studio, both free, and metered.  The metered parking is super easy if you get the app on you mobile device or you can use quarters. Just in case you forget your quarters we will have some available for you to use. We also recommend you walk or bike if you can to the studio.

How can I get the ParkMoble App?

We recommend you download and set up your account before you come to the studio to save time. The code for our parking region is 9312.

What are the meter hours?

Meter hours are Monday – Saturday 8am-7pm. No meters on Sundays or Holidays.

Pricing

Is there a “No-Show” fee?

No. Our policy is, if you don’t show 10 minutes before the start of class we will give your spot away.

Can I use my membership/class pack for both online and in person classes ?

Yes!!! All memberships and class packs are valid for all our classes.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

Yes!!! Just head over to our online store.

What’s the most cost effective package I can buy?

The monthly / annual membership is where you get the most bang for you buck. Please refer to prices & policies page for details.

Can I pause my membership?

Yearly memberships are our best deal and they are not paused unless there is a medical emergency. Monthly memberships have no minimum commitment, so can be canceled at any time before your credit card is charged. Once you cancel your membership you will not be able to get that rate again so if the prices go up you can not get your original price.

We are here to provide you with the best yoga at the best price but remember in order to continue serving you we have to pay our bills!

Are classes transferable?

Sure thing! All non-memberships (unlimited classes) are transferable. Buy a 10 pack, and bring 9 friends!
